Licensing of Images

Uses: I generally license images for any use, including advertising, corporate, editorial, web, media, presentation, decor and retail products. Some images may have restrictions. You will be notified after submitting the request form.

Rights: I license right-managed. each image is registered with the US Copyright Office. None are mass distributed. Exclusivity and use history are available.

Pricing: Fees are calculated fairly for your actual usage of the image. They are negotiable. However, No transaction will be conducted below my minimal fee of $50.00. I do not grant free commercial or professional use solely in exchange for credits or links. If your project has a definite budget constraint, your are welcome to let me know in the comments section of the request form.

Payment: Payment is made by Visa or MasterCard unless other arrangement have been agreed upon. Once you fill out the image request form and we have agreed upon a price for usage. You will phone me with your Visa or MasterCard number. For you protection, I do not keep your credit card number file.

Multiple Image Use: Discounts are given. To license multiple images, you will need to fill only one form. In the box "Other Uses", List the image IDs of the other images. Or you can email me your selections.

Delivery: All standard images are available for download as high resolution digital files, up to 3000x5000 pix (11x17 inches at 300DPI). Once the fee has been paid, the image will be available for download or by CD by over night carrier if you have an account with carrier.
